We will have childcare available for preschoolers and littles on Saturday (9:30am to 5pm). Programming for preschoolers and littles will be in Columbine and fenced yard. Parents are encouraged to dress littles and preschoolers in water-safe clothing. We are offering programs on Saturday for older children and youth (9:30am to 5pm). Children and youth programming will make use of full UUFD campus as well as the surrounding neighborhood. 

There will be a lunch break from 12pm-1. Catered lunch from Zia Taqueria will be provided. Snacks provided during the day.

My submission of this form is my permission for the child(ren) under the age of 18 that I am registering to participate in the planned events for children and teens during the Pine Song Retreat.

This permission may include hikes or excursions under the supervision of retreat staff and volunteers that go outside the boundaries of the Pine Song property, 

I acknowledge this is an outdoor environment with the inherent risks associated with camping and hiking.

Children may be photographed during the Pine Song retreat; this permission includes UUFD being able to use these images on the UUFD website, social media outlets, or newsletters. If I opt out, UUFD will do its best to ensure no overtly recognizable images of my chaild(ren) are used.  

Toddler and pre-school children will be participating in Pine Song activities on Saturday from 9:30 to noon; at that time, they go back to the care of their parents. 

Older children and teens will be participating in Pine Song Retreat activities on Saturday from  9:30 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. 

During all other times, children and teens will be under the supervision of their accompanying adult(s). Outside the hours listed above, staff and volunteers ARE NOT ON DUTY AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for children and youth.
